Heat disposal process of electroplating sludge is deep oxidation and fusion process. Through thermal disposal, partial toxic ingredients in electroplating sludge can be reduced. At present, most widely applied method is incineration which can reduce the volume and pollution of electroplating sludge. Recently, some scholars have done wide research on recycling of incineration residues. But, owing to high energy consumption, it has certain request on incineration equipment. Generally, small sized electroplate factories cannot afford this high investment cost. Therefore, it is difficult to popularize incineration method.
