Technical Process

  First, sludge concentration stage. During this stage, taida drying machine is mainly used to reduce the moisture and volume of painting sludge. Sludge concentration mainly refers to reducing the moisture between sludge clearances. After concentration, the state of sludge is similar to paste state, but still with fluidity.
  Second, sludge digestion stage. During this stage, Taida drying system guarantee that organism should be degraded to sludge gas (mainly contains methane) and stable sludge (also called digested sludge) in anaerobic condition. Also, there are some sludge which needs to be disposed by aerobic biological disposal in order to degrade and stabilize organism in sludge. This process is called aerobic digestion which is always applied to deal with activated sludge.
  Third, sludge dehydration stage. During this process, Taida drying system is mainly designed to reduce moisture of fluid raw sludge, concentrated sludge and digested sludge. Then, these sludge will be transferred to semi-solid or solid sludge lumps. After dehydration, the moisture of sludge can be reduced to 55% to 80%. Dehydration effect depends on sludge quality and dehydration equipment. If customer needs other requirement, we can carry out further dehydration. This process is called sludge drying process which is always finished by sludge drying machine. After drying process, sludge moisture will be reduced to lower than 10%.
  Fourth, sludge disposal stage. According to different sources of sludge, we can recycle sludge and use it as useful resources.
