Considering from working principle, our fluid bed dryer is a kind of airflow fluid bed dryer. It combines advantages of paddle dryer and mesh belt dryer in terms of structure. It is specially developed for light biomass materials based on TDOSC-D series double-shaft hot air mixing type dryer. It is also suitable to deal with pellet materials, like foam, carbon black and fertilizer. Meanwhile, it can also replace low-efficiency mesh-belt dryer to dry preserved fruit, data and honeysuckle.
According to material pushing mode, this kind of dryer can be classified into two series, A and B. A series adopts multi-row horizontal pushing mode. It is suitable to dry brittle pellet materials. B series adopts double-shaft screw pushing mode. It is suitable for all materials. Hot air of system is sprayed into drying chamber through scale holes under bed. It is taken as efficient drying equipment in fermented feedstuff. Meanwhile, fluid bed dryer is also suitable for drying foam, fertilizer pellet and pelletized carbon black.
Traditional airflow fluid bed dryer mainly depends on airflow as driving force. Different from traditional airflow fluid bed dryer, Taida mixing type airflow fluid bed dryer mainly makes use of airflow as carrier of moisture absorption and heat emission. Under the protection of air pillow, although in boiling state, raw materials will not be broken in large scale. Along with continuous pushing of shaft and blades, dried materials will be discharged from outlet end. Therefore, compared with common fluid bed dryer, it is easier to control retention time and drying curve. This series dryer is called TAIDA STARⅡ.

As a kind of advanced drying equipment, mixing type fluid bed dryer combines advantages of fluid bed, mesh-belt and paddle drying technology. It is not only suitable for non-viscous raw materials, but also suitable for materials which may cake during drying process. Mixing type fluid bed dryer can effectively avoid damage to beneficial bacterium. Therefore, it is a good choice to choose mixing type fluid bed dryer to deal with temperature sensitive materials.
Heat source system can be both steam heat exchanging tube and rotary heat exchanger. It can also adopt diesel and natural gas as fuel. Dry hot air will be produce through specially designed temperature regulating and heat exchanging room. Hot air will enter drying chamber through scale holes at bed bottom. Materials will fully contact with hot air and exchange heat and moisture. Dried final products will be discharged from outlet end.
Features and advantages:
1. Horizontally distributed multi-class blades can comb with each other. Materials are touched softly and will not be broken. Raw materials will be scattered and lifted to top drying chamber, which can effectively reduce bed accumulation, material arch and other bad phenomenon.
2. Special bed design, combined with multiple hole-opening mode, can not only control airflow speed, but can airflow rotary direction; dust content in flue gas can also be reduced.
3. Whole fluid bed dryer can be divided into several chamber rooms, drying to cooling. It integrates dryer and cooler into a whole.
4. High thermal efficiency, it holds three thermal conduction modes, radiation, convection and conduction. Raw material will keep in boiling state in fluid bed. Thermal efficiency is 1.5 times of common dryer.
5. Flexible configuration, it can use steam, natural gas, diesel and other clean fuel as heat source.
