Technical Process

1. Raw materials disposal system
This system will carry out primary disposal for river sludge. In order to save energy, we suggest customers to carry out dehydration first for sludge with 90% moisture content. Taking advantage of sorting and impurity removal system, large particles will be eliminated.
2. Fifth generation European style drying system
New type air swept dryer can reduce the moisture of sludge to below 15% one time.
3. Exhaust gas purification system
Taking advantage of cyclone dust collecting system, bag filter, water spray dedusting system, water scrubber and etc. to eliminate harmful substances and odor in exhaust gas.
4. Finished products disposal system
We can provide pelletizing or granulating equipment to mix sludge with thermal value with other biomass pellets. After pelletizing, finished products can be used as fuel for boiler. We can provide packing system for hazardous matters. After finishing packing of toxic and hazardous sludge, they will be sent to relevant department for further disposal.
