I am looking for dryer for some dewatered silicon oxide sludge/cake.
the material is from solar panel pre-processing of raw material
this is silicon oxide mixed with FE. After drying, I will send it to silocon recovery plant to recover raw materials.
Input quantity: about 2-3 metric tons
Final moisture: 5% or less
Initial moisture after dewatering process: about 30 to 40%. I cannot confirm exactly because we are air drying it currently. after about 10 day, we send it out.
Some days the weather is dry and other times raining so difficult to confirm the internal moisture content. i am looking for dryer for some dewatered silicon oxide sludge/cake

Because we are air drying it currently. After about 10 day, we send it out. in order to find efficient drying machine, we are looking for reliable silicon oxide sludge dryer. Some days weather is dry and other times raining. We think drying machine can gurantee continous drying process. so we will go to zhengzhou Taida company to investigate relevant drying equipment. 

  After getting inquiry from Malaysia customer, we communicated with this customer. In the discussion process over email and whatsapp, we got to know that customer’s raw material is silicon oxide sludge with about 40% moisture. In order to recover ferrite and other useful elements, they want to dry these sludge to 5% moisture or less.
 Having confirmed initial state and moisture demand from pictures customer sending to us, we suggest customer to choose our hot-air rotary wing dryer. Attracted by our innovative technology, this customer plans to come to our factory for on-site investigation. There is one pilot test plant in our factory. When customer comes, he will witness the fantastic drying effect of Taida drying machine. We hold the belief that Taida hot-air rotary wing dryer will gain customer’s satisfaction.
